Aviva Giannotti, CCC, LMHC, MS (Counseling), is a native New Yorker with a New York State License in mental health counseling, school counseling and teaching. She has more than 20 years of experience in career counseling and coaching and got her start at Brooklyn College. She distinguishes herself among the elite in her profession as being a “Certified Career Counselor” (CCC) awarded to her by the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
In addition to being the only CCC in Bergen County, NJ she is also a licensed NJ Counselor in Student Personnel Services and holds a NJ Teachers License.

She is an active member of the National Career Development Association, American Counseling Association, Middle Atlantic Career Counseling Association, and is on the Board of Directors of Career Development Network Specialists in New York City.

Prior to starting her practice she worked as Director of Career Services at Touro College, Director of Career Services at the United Jewish Council, Coordinator for Displaced Homemakers and Career Counselor for a technical school and Brooklyn College. She is well known in her profession as the person who gets results for her clients and individually tailors her approach to meet their career goals.


She has earned the most prestigious award from NJAWBO (New Jersey Association for Women Business Owners) to start her own business.
